Happy Valley Pre-Rolls Tin

Our first project with this growing East Coast brand is a stylish, sustainable and child-resistant tin.

Happy Valley is a leading cannabis brand based in Massachusetts that is known for its varied cultivars and stylish aesthetic. Products within its wide offering include premium flower, pre-rolls, chocolate bars, gummies, balms, tinctures, and CO2 distillate vape oils.

The GPA Cannabis team recently worked with Happy Valley to design and produce a sleek, highly functional and fully recyclable package for a set of seven 0.5g premium pre-rolls. For this particular project, our custom LS-2 tin format was an ideal match as it comes fully child-proofed, ready to hold multiple pre-rolls or cartridges, and perfectly sized to slip in one’s pocket or purse.

To bring the client’s brief to life we printed the interior and exterior of the tin in full PMS color, added a soft matte finish and some bold embossing on key areas of text. Inside, the pre-rolls rest in a custom tin insert, color-matched to that same eye-catching red PMS color.

The most exciting features of this stylish tin revolve around matches with a strike plate on the inside of the lid and the compact, white match compartment – bearing the Happy Valley logo – which sits beside the pre-roll holder. With this tin in their pocket, the user can dispense and light their pre-rolls within a few seconds. No lighter, no problem.

As one of our specially designed tin formats, the LS-2 has been certified as fully child-resistant. Entry into the pack is only possible by simultaneously pushing 2-buttons on the front – a motion too complex for young children to perform.

We’re also proud to say that this pack is crafted from a highly sustainable material and designed to be fully recyclable.
